Hi, I’m Melissa!

I’m a product design lead with over 20 years of experience in B2B SaaS.

I bring a strategic, pragmatic, collaborative approach to design & research. I particularly enjoy exploring complex, gnarly design problems. I’m always looking for opportunities to up our collective game within and beyond the design team. I’ve worked exclusively remotely for the past 10 years and have developed tools and strategies for optimizing collaboration & communication on remote teams.

I’ve taken a bit of a sabbatical for the past couple years to support my dad during his dementia journey but we now have supports in place for him so I can get back to doing the work that I love.

When I’m not at my desk, you’ll find me hiking in the forest, watching birds, whipping up something in the kitchen, or snuggled up with a good book or the latest New Yorker.
