I’m Melissa — a product design lead with 20+ years of B2B SaaS experience, from Series A startups to enterprise scale. I do my best work on gnarly, systemic problems: the kind where the challenge is as much about organizational alignment and real-world constraints as it is about craft. I’m drawn to the work that makes everything else work better — design systems, shared standards, cross-functional processes that outlast any single project. Over the years I’ve shipped features that drove millions in ARR, built design systems that finally had adoption, and established working models that kept running long after I moved on. I care as much about leaving a team better than I found it as I do about what ships. I’m based in Vancouver, BC.
